BrightPathTrader is an automated trading strategy (software) for NinjaTrader 8. It is sold as a software tool only. It does not constitute financial advice, portfolio management, or a managed account of any kind. You remain solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
Nothing on this website, in the software, or in any communication from BrightPathTrader constitutes financial or investment advice. Past performance displayed on this site is based on backtesting and simulation — it does not guarantee future results. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.
When you purchase BrightPathTrader, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on one machine. Your license is:
You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or share the software or your license key with any third party. Violation of this clause results in immediate termination of your license without refund.
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically each month via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The Early Access rate is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active without interruption.
Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment and include software updates for the first 12 months following purchase.
All sales are final. No refunds are issued once the license key has been delivered. Before purchasing, you can run BrightPathTrader in NinjaTrader's simulation mode at no cost to evaluate its behavior with no real money at risk. We strongly encourage you to do this before buying.
BrightPathTrader is designed to be compatible with common prop firm rules, but it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with your specific prop firm's terms of service, including rules around automated trading, consistency requirements, and daily loss limits. BrightPathTrader accepts no liability for account violations, suspensions, or losses incurred on prop firm accounts.
BrightPathTrader and its creators are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, software bugs, platform outages, data feed errors, or any other direct or indirect damages arising from use of the software. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the software at any time. Monthly subscribers receive all updates while their subscription is active. In the event that the product is discontinued, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
